Faber-Castell Faber – Perfect Pencil Platinum Night Blue

Faber-Castell has been producing fine quality products for writing, colouring and creative design for well over two centuries. The art of writing and drawing with a pencil only comes about when said pencil remains sharp. So, when Graf von Faber-Castell approached the design of their Perfect Pencil, they wondered where the pencil sharpener should be located, so as not to be cumbersome or unattractive.

By storing the sharpener in the Perfect Pencil’s platinum-plated lid – which also serves to extend the pencil when in use – Faber-Castell were able to make this historical writing instrument relevant again. With an eraser hidden under the end cap, the Perfect Pencil combines all the necessary elements in sleek, compact form.

They say that “nothing’s perfect”, but this pencil indeed comes very close…
